About Dan and Phil
My name’s Daniel McGonagle and Automated Link Building was an idea I had years ago that was made into a reality, and brought into the light of day by my partner Phil.
Phil and I already own and maintain successful enterprises and business aside from running ALB, so this project has been quite the labour of love for us… and our real goal is to create something awesome and effective that is easy for people to use.
The reason why I mention all this is a lot of people approach me and say,
“Dan, there are other 3 way links services out there that cost 10X what yours does, why don’t you raise the price?”
The reason for this is because we’re more dedicated to the true task at hand which is creating an awesome service than we are with just “making bank” with is (all in good time).
However, when ALB was free it wasn’t respected because it was free so not many people used it, nor did they even add a site to the network! But that’s human nature…people still believe in, “you get what you pay for”…
Once we changed ALB from free to paid, people realized they’d been sitting on a gold mine for backlinks and started using the service more. Once people took this seriously, they entered sites, got their backlinks, saw the value and entered more sites into the system.
